Process characteristics: iron sand coating process is used for casting, which is the first in China, and it is a thin-walled high-strength casting. In the whole production process, robot is used for coring, core assembling, dip-coating and core setting to improve the dimensional accuracy of thin-wall castings. MAGMA casting simulation software is used to simulate, optimize the casting process, improve the pouring system, increase the temperature of the cover box surface, etc., and no porosity or shrinkage cavity defects appear in the production of castings.
